The house is well built, so I don't think there will be any considerable structural damage. It's in an area near the beach, so it's humid, so I expect mold.Īdditionally, I have no idea of she left sny food in the fridge, or how filthy it was while she inhabited it (she was EXTREMELY sick, and refused to get people in to allow them to clean) I jeed to find paperwork and go through jer things, an emotionally daunting task, but on top of that, the house hasn't had any proper ventilation, cleaning, or any form of.maintenance ofr at least 6 months. I inherited this house, and tomorrow, for the first time ever, I will gain access to the keys to it. Because in her last few months she was incredibly sick due to Cancer, she left the house on November, and never returned (was transferred to the hospital). She owned a relatively large house (3 bedrooms, a pool, 2 car garage, etc).
